This course covers the planning and control techniques of project management and will teach how to manage projects of varied sizes effectively. The complete course comprises approximately 18 hours of education.

This course is aimed at aspiring Green and Black Belts, together with anyone who requires a clear overview of the aims of Six Sigma and a good understanding of the Six Sigma and Lean tools and techniques without the clutter of overly technical language. The course provides approximately 12 hours of education.
