The International Cost Engineering Council (ICEC), in cooperation with the Pacific Association of Quantity Surveyors (PAQS) will be organizing its inaugural joint world congress in Singapore. The congress themed Sustainable Cost Management : Borderless Innovation, will be held from 23 to 27 July 2010 at the newly opened Resorts World Sentosa.
